A Bit About Me
Before I became a massage therapist in Thailand, I first graduated with a diploma in accounting. Later, I completed an informal education degree program at Chiang Rai Rajabhat University in Chiang Rai, Thailand. This allowed me to teach any subject within Thailand’s education system, and I worked as a mathematics teacher for some time.
Eventually, I followed my passion for healing and completed a traditional Thai massage course at Wat Pho in Chiang Mai, as well as a massage program at the Chiang Mai Institute for Skill Development. After that, I moved to Washington, D.C., in the United States with my family, where I worked as a massage therapist for four years.
In 2010, I immigrated to Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, where I’ve continued my career in the massage industry. I’ve completed many specialized massage programs in both Thailand and Canada and am now a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) here in Canada.
Altogether, I have completed over 2,200 hours of massage training in Canada and 1,200 hours at a massage school in Chiang Mai, Thailand.
In 2021, I also completed the Certified Advanced Practitioner & Teacher Training Program (CAPT) in Chiang Mai, graduating with honors. With more than 15 years of experience as a massage therapist and a background in education, I’m proud to share my knowledge and skills with others.
Aside from massage, I also enjoy Thai cooking and traditional fruit and vegetable carving—skills that keep me connected to my culture and creativity.
