"This was my first time trying Thai massage, and I was a bit nervous, as l've heard it is painful and very intense. I usually do very deep tissue and I'm fairly tolerant of pain. It was indeed quite intense, but the relief was immediate. This is the next day, and while I'm still a bit sore, the concern areas are feeling a bit better and will return in a couple of days. The stretching is incredible and even regular stretching will not be that deep. Definitely recommend to improve tightness, relax muscles and provide more flexibility.
